Yes. There is some demand, and a lot of supply - mostly unskilled, but skilled is emmigrating to other countries.

Low Demand and High Supply..That's why you can find Filipinos everywhere, in every country...We're just everywhere.! =)

High supply, low demand = low wages.

The catholic church isn't helping this situation.
