Xanax, or if you prefer the cheaper but just as effective stuff, Alphrazolam. It does not make you any less capable to have an orgasm....that is just rediculous. My husband and I both taken this and we have sex at least 4 times a week and both orgasm every time.
And, the thought about killing myself has Never crossed my mind.

I know what you mean. The way I deal with mine is I had to learn a breathing technique that works for me It's hard but take deep breaths and try and relax. Remember that anxiety and depression are two different things and need to be treated different. Good luck from some one who understands.

Please try to handle your anxiety without medication. Anti-anxiety medication can cause you to gain weight and it can be addicting. The withdrawals are often like having anxiety and can take months to fade away. Try other methods like journal writing, exercising...get outside as much as possible if you can, to help you with the anxiety. There are support groups and other agencies out there. Do some searching.

I would say that there are some great suggestions here. Try deep breathing, meditation, exercise, prayer and weed. Don't try to smoke weed and exercise. It doesn't work. If you have to choose weed helps me more.

Forget the anxiety pills, they will make it impossible for you to have an orgasm, and you'll want to jump off a bridge because of it.

There is only one person who can answer that question, and that's your doctor. Ask him if he can increase the dosage, or prescribe something else.
