a lot of clothing stores discriminate in their hiring... they wont admit to it and wont be caught, but pretty people are way more likely to be hired.

hollister only hires pretty ppl to attract the consumers, a lot of places are like that ecspically teen stores.

its because society is obsessed with the perfect image and they probably don't want a non perfect image working there because it offsets customers.
