I was cleaning my guitar and i had dropped a pick inside so i was trying to get it out when my bridge saddle broke. How do i get it back on? Do i super glue it? What? It's a fender GC12 if that makes a difference i know it's not the best guitar but i want to learn more before i purchase a better one. I'd appreciate any help i can get.

It was just the saddle but it didn't break in half, just fell off the guitar almost like it was glued in and the glue just wore off so it fell off.

Did the bridge (the bigger wood part) or the saddle (the small, thing, white thing that the strings touch) break? If it's the bridge, off to a guitar tech with you. If it's the saddle, you can buy a new one for a couple bucks at a music store.

Also, the saddles are designed to come out, so if the saddle just fell out and it's not broken then no big deal. Put it back and when you re-string it you will be fine.

EDIT: That is designed to come off. It's not glued in. Don't stress over that. Just fit it back in and re-string it! Have fun.

It is usually just held in place by the strings.Look at the grooves in it to get it placed correctly.
