Life is as real as a dream. It is real as long as it exists. But it cannot be absolutely real as anything created has to get merged to its own source. So our real nature is beyond all these which is fully contentful and away from the problems of these thought flows.

The answer is both simple and difficult .Simple for a philosopher or a mistic , difficult for material people . If you read Peter Brunton , you`ll understand .
So , our visible world is just a projection of us and others . It means we create our owm dream , in which we include the others . But they also create their own dreams in which include us . Till now , it seems like nothing is certain and real . It`s amazing world can survive , and even unchangeable for a long period . But , the hidden truth is our Creator dreams , too , and His dream is the one supporting the world . His dream include all our particular dreams , and harmonize them . His dream doesn`t allow the world crash into pieces .
This explanation could seem only poetical , but it`is true and satisfactory for me. It means world is real as long as our Creator is real .

,Cuz that's how you see it...it is called your reality. Humans talk cuz they want t o communicate....and how do they talk you should read more about that.....
You are asking why humans are real...they are real cuz you see them, you smell, taste, hear....and depending on your perception....you define them not only as humans...but what kind of human they are....good,bad etc.
