I have had two miscarrages. The 1st one i was 16 years old and had alot of stress on me and I have always felt that was what caused the misscarrage, I was only 8wks when i lost that 1st one. The 2nd miscarrage was this last september (2006) I'm 21 I carried to 13 weeks, the 2nd misscarage was un explained and happend, how do i say completely unlike the 1st when i had to have the surgery to complete the miscarrage.
I just found out today that I am 5 weeks pregnant, the doc told me that we only needed to wait about two or three months before trying again and its been 4 months now, I guess I'm just scared to go through all this again and wanted a little reasurance from others that may have gone through the same thing.

It is super hard to get over your miscarriages and it take courage to try and try again. Right now what you have to is to not stress about it too much and go to the doctor regularly and ask him whether or not there are things you have to take special care in since you miscarried twice already. Just have a lot of rest, try not to be so stressed out and not do much heavy worj in the house at all.

hey im 5 weeks pregnant too. i had a miscarrage in july (2006) and it is hard to get over then i had another in november (2006) so i have had 2 miscarrages aswell. i am afraid i may go through the same thing with this one. but i think that if i have my other half wasnt there i would fine it hard. it is difficult but if you have someone there it makes it a little easier.

Just rest and not get in a lot of stress because that does not help you at all when you are under stress and do light work around the house and work that could caused the miscarriage before
