You can always have an upper lip waxing. They are reasonably affordable these days (something like 17-30 dollars) and can last several weeks. Most health spas will do it and can do other hair removal as well. It is also said that if you wax long enough that eventually the hair will simply stop growing altogether.

Changing the color to blonde isn't going to cover it up that much I am afraid.

I know several ladies with this problem and they all wax and can keep it under control just by doing that.

Hope that helps you out.

Do not shave it! The first time may work but it may grow back thicker and harder to shave away the darker stubs that may eventually appear. (Kind of like when you shave the underarms or legs).

If it isn't that thick and is kinda like the rest of the "peach fuzz" that you have naturally on your face, then go ahead and bleach it. It will be fine.

If not, you can use Nair or Veet.

But, before going extreme, I'd try the little stuff first. Bleach and if that doesn't look right, hair removal cream.

I don't know the effectiveness of the removal cream stuff though...but if you have extremely sensitive skin i wouldn't recommend it.

Then, unfortunately I'd say wax...which sounds painful to me.

Try depilatories'cream-based products you apply on top of unwanted hair. Depilatories, popular for the bikini area, come with specific instructions for how long to leave the cream on. When you rinse away the depilatory, the unwanted hair should wash away with the cream. However, results vary widely.

Investigate sugaring, a technique devised by the ancient Egyptians that uses all-natural ingredients. A paste of sugar and water is applied over unwanted hair. When the sugar mix dries, it's yanked off, along with the hair. As with waxing, the advantage is that the hair doesn't return for several weeks; the discomfort is similar to that of pulling off a bandage with hair underneath.

You can try the lemon but i don't think that will work. I would try waxing at a salon, or facial hair remover. I have a dark moustache myself and so does my friend and she waxes and i do facial hair removal. Once you start with that stuff though it seems to grow in faster and you have to keep doing it. Or you can go to a salon and have it dyed/bleached.

Try a hair remover for the face. Bleaching it on a tanner skintone will make it show up only light in color. Your best bet would be to remove it---there are several on the market at your local drug store or Wal-Mart. Just follow the directions. Also they have a product called personal touch I think---it wisps the hair away totally pain free, they advertise it on HSN. Its a handheld product you can also groom eyebrows and remove any unwanted hair from anywhere!

I would wax it instead. Bleaching will only make it lighter, but it will still be noticeable. By waxing, the hair will be gone completely, at least for a while anyway. Just wax again every 6 weeks.

I've never done that myself so I don't want to say do it and lead you in the wrong direction but I do wax mine and I love it and it works and the hair comes back lighter and thinner than before so that's what I would recommend for you
I use Nair ready strips they are wax strips that you rub in between your hands to get warm and then you just cut them into smaller pieces if you want no mess with getting the wax out and heating it up or getting it too hot nothing like that! =)

do not shave it....if u have dark skin, bleaching will make it look white and more noticeable... You should either get it waxed or threaded. However, you would have to keep going back quite often.
