I don't think u can ever justify talking the law into your own hands,but in saying that i would kill anyone who dared hurt my daughters...i would even smash an Irn Bru bottle over their heids thats how far i would go to protect my children lol

Depending on the situation yes. Your question is very very vague.

Each state has its own laws regarding use of force, to protect yourself or someone else from what you perceive as a threat of violence or an actual act of violence. As a parent of an intended victim the law is a bit more on your side but that does not give you any special powers to act, it "MAY" merely give you some leniency with the police and courts.

Absolutely. When it come to pretecting their children parents should have SOLE decisionmaking ower over what form that protecting should take and NO outsider should be able to say otherwise. It should also be the SOLE decision of the parent to decide the fate of anyone who harms their child. Their's and no one else's.

some cases when I see ppl breaking the regulation i want to tug out one among those pink blinking light fixtures placed it on the proper of my motor vehicle and act like Im a cop and at the same time as they pull over i bypass and tell them that they are less than voters arrest.
