Crime or no?
WHAT ARE YO THINK ABOUT THIS CRIME? MY CLOSE FRIEND WAS STOLE SOMETHING WITH BETTER PRICE -expencive-AND I KNOW THAT SHE DID, AND I THINK THAT SHE KNOW THAT I KNOW WHAT SHE DONE,DO I GONNA TELL THIS TO SOMEONE OR NOT? IF I DONT SAY TO ENEBODY,AM I DONE A CRIME?
SORRY ON MY GRAMMAR,ENGLISH IS NOT MY MOTHER LANGUE.I AM FROM JAPAN.

if she's a close friend, just pretend like she didn't do it. It is a crime. If it happens again reevaluate your friendship and loose the criminal.

In general a witness does not have a duty to report a crime.

With that said, even though you are not obligated to report the crime, lying to investigators could be a crime, taking posession of the stolen property could be a crime. Furthermore, if you are called as a witness to court, lying would be a crime, and failing to testify could be punishable by contempt.

My advice: Find better friends who don't put you into these situations.

technically that is a crime..... but, i would not report it. i however would stay away from your "friend".... she can lead you in a heap of trouble. your grammar is a lot better than a lot of those who have spoken English their whole lives.
