Sounds like you need to get a bigger aquarium and do routine maintenence on it. Goldfish are very dirty fish and need 30 gallons for one, plus 10 more per fish, so unless you have a 40 gallon tank with good filtration, your tank is too small. Finrot and swim bladder problems are caused by poor water quality. You should do weekly water changes (I do 20% weekly).

If you've had them for 2 years and they won't stop fighting, why on earth didn't you separate them before it got so bad? You do realise that goldfish can live for over 20 years in a tank, right? Please just call your vet, explain the situation, and let him advise you. We don't know how bad the fish are.

If they alwasy fight just seperate them. some just will never get along. that will also help them get over their fin rot. fin rot can be caused by fish chewing on one another and stress. find some medication for it and seperate them. i dont know if you can cure a swim bladder problems but seperateing them can help and sure the other problems at least.
