Well for my first 2 I lost my plug and then 6-9 hours I had lil bundles of joy! It sounds like it is coming to me....Congrats! I had a hard time trying to count the contractions with my first...I went to the hospital after my water broke I was 10cm!! If you have the urge to have a bowel movement but nothing comes that is the baby also telling you...mommy you need to push...hopefully you wont wait as long as I. I wish I had know that b/c I would have went to the hospital sooned even though it worked out ok...lol! But now you know. Oh and have sex...that will get the baby out sooner too! It wont hurt the baby one bit.

You can lose your mucus plug weeks before birth. But you are already 2 cm dilated which is good for a first time mom. You will feel lots of pelvic pressure right now even tho the baby's head is still high. Sounds like the baby hasn't engaged in your pelvis yet--you will feel that--the baby will drop down and all of a sudden you'll have all this room to breathe again! The Braxon Hicks contractions you are having are getting you ready for deliver. You will definitely know when they change to real contractions! Just hang in there--the last couple of days/weeks are the worst! Get some rest while you can and good luck!

You still have a couple of weeks to go. Just because you lost the plug doesn't mean you're going into labor real quick. The contractions you're having are Braxton hicks contractions, like practice ones. You'll know the real ones when they start. Just try to relax, and the very best of luck to you. ~~~

My suggestion is upward thrust up and bypass on the prompt to the health midsection on the prompt. If the mucus plug got here out somewhat bloody and your infant dropped down and also you're having moderate pains it ought to signify you're in not person-friendly artwork already. From my reports with not person-friendly artwork, the rigors continually commence as little bothersome pains and grows intensive by ability of the years. that is truly well worth the attempt and time of going to the health midsection so that you should be appeared at to easily be advantageous you at the prompt are not in not person-friendly artwork. when you're in not person-friendly artwork and they capture it early adequate they could end it and grant you with something to keep the infant in a touch longer. This similar element take position to my daughter lately and the medication they gave her kept the infant in lengthy adequate so as that once he become born his lungs had advanced properly adequate so as that he didn't wish thoughts respiration.

Could be anytime now. No one can say. I walked around at 3-4 cm dilated for nearly a month and I still went past my due date by a couple of days. Do a lot of walking, sex, and squats. Good luck!
