yes Mushrooms are living organisms, they are belong to Fungi, Class Basidiomycetes and the mushroom body u see is the fruiting body which we harvest it before it form the germs.
on other hand, the Ear corn is part of the corn plant , it is the fruiting body (or the female part of the plant) which contains corn grains and so all of them consists of cells and so they r living

They're both living. They're both composed of cells that can divide. They both respire,taking in oxygen and releasing carbon dioxide.
