If there are still people so isolated--I'd guess that they would live in the jungles of either of the places that you mentioned; on a deserted island; perhaps near the North or South Pole; maybe in the north-Asian section of Russia, etc.

There are people (even in the US) who "live off the land"--usually up near the Canadian border. People born there might not know about any of the things you mentioned. Maybe also people who live in the mountains (of anywhere)--they could be cut off from civilization.

There aren't any isolated areas anymore. Yes some groups of people still live off the land aka...in the bush, but all of these tribes have been visited numerous times by anthropologists. I bet you couldn't find people that don't wear clothing or have some sort of technology.

These days Sudan is one such area that is getting a lot of attention. People from there are entirely unfamiliar with the things we have in the U.S - even light switches, televisions, etc.

Yes, why are you trying to move there?
Watch the Discovery Channel or National Geographic for locations. Africa has many remote areas.

There are still some Stone-Age level tribes in South American jungles. That might be the only place.
