I saw 8/7 central but that does`nt make much sense to me in the uk . like what time is it in L.A at the moment ? how many hour`s differance from the UK ?

LA is 8 hours behind London time. SO if it's 8 pm in LA, it is 4am in London.

It's on here (Kansas) at 7. it's 6 hours difference in London, so that makes it 1am for you. Hope that's more help for you. =)
