they are ahead in terms of i.q., read about how many phd they have in china per 100,000 people compared to the united states

There is over 80,000 years of divergent genetic evolution between the various races, and this divergent genetic evolution occurred in very different environments. This is why our appearances are so varied. Therefore, it would not be surprising if there were other differences as well. In fact, it would be miraculous if there were no other differences. It is not politically correct to say this, but it is reality. Often, nature is not politically correct.

In response to the other answerers who have questioned the veracity of wikipedia, you will see that all the data is sourced back to scholarly journals and was conducted by PhD's. The reason why the article is disputed is because it goes against the politically correct dogmas of today. I guess some people prefer fantasy over reality.

you do know that the content in wikipedia is user generated, so its not the most reliable source. and both of the graphs you linked to are being considered for deletion, which means they apparently don't meat wikipedias academic standards.

That being said the bell curve theory has already been debunked so I wont waste time reinventing the wheel.

I suspect that the reason there are more PhD's in china is because higher education in China is free (communist). So they educate all of there bright young people as opposed to the US which only educates the young people who's parents have money. Plus, those results are based on IQ test taken in the US, so naturally whatever Asians taking the test would be those who's parents had the wherewithall to relocate to the US. Not your average Asian I presume.

I didn't vote for Bush you did. Republicans are the ones who repeatedly attempt to undermine public education.

That is the most ridiculous of many, many stupid things on Wiki, which is why I won't use it. The graphs are crap. You even asking about them tells me immediately that you know very little, if anything at all, about maths or statistics.
