Not too sure about him right now. Klaas Jan Huntelaar is a cheaper option and from what I can see, isn't that much of a step down from Torres. Plus, he has said that he actually wants to be Man Utd in the future.
Either would probably be well welcomed, its just that Klaas would probably cost us half as much and we had a good run with one Dutch striker.
To the guy below me, we have offered 20 mil for Hargreaves, we can afford an extra 5 for Torres. When Fergie has asked for cash, the Glazers have been giving it to him. We well win the league this year, we well have some extra funds, we can buy Torres. A least not a crap load of quality players.
Plus, you Pool fans think you are going to have a load of money with these new owners. You don't understand you won't be another Chelsea. These people are going to run your club like a business. You might get some extra funds, but you won't be able to sign a crap load of players like Chelsea can. A crap load of Jermaine Pennants maybe.

guy U could desire to get Hargreeves as a replace. Torres won't have the skill to conform the English interest. purely look at Fernando Morientes. He became battling Liverpool yet look at him now in Valencia.
