No, you should have filed abandonment papers-then legally she'll get in trouble

I really do not know... talk to a good attorney and find this out... To me if she abandoned you for ten years she may not have rights to much but i am not sure.

Hell NO, I would'nt have let her back in the house. Also, I'd make out a will and let it be known that she disappeared for ten years. Please check for AIDS prior to any type relationship.

I am not exactly sure how that works, but if your still legally married I believe she still has entitlement, but if you are divorced, then no she has no rights to your belonging unless you will it to her. Goodluck.
