With a boss that you have never met?
Your a manager of a liquor store and hes the "BIG GUY" from a different city. You've done everything to get your store cleaned & organized. What else can you do???

Know your products, keep the store cleaned and organized, and just be yourself. That's all you can do. It seems you know what you need to do. You can be prepared, but you can never be too prepared. It seems to me like you have everything handled already. Good luck!

The way I have always known is to be your self and every thing else will fall in place.He also will like that better any way.
