Yes I have and one lady lives in the same town as I do. We just found out a few weeks ago after answering a quesiton.

I did once. Took a trip out to Chicago and got to hang out and get drunk with a woman who was one of the first people I met here. Unfortunately we don't even talk anymore. Oh well, it was company money :o)
