That's the cool thing about reality, science and thruth, there's no direct debunking of a whole thesis, but a growing body ofknowledge helped along by people using accepted proofs to help and debunk facts and theories.
I'm not a conspiracy believer, but I love that we have a political system in which even far-fetched theories like this can be uttered and then again well-challenged, leading to a more valid and well based world view.
I know you wanted a video, and there are several debunking videos around if you just Youtube search them, but I believe this is the best debunking article on the web. It's from popular mechanics and it's worth a few minutes.
Don't take what this article says as gospel thruth either, keep searching for the truth using facts and logic (common sense is overrated) and I'm sure you'll be fine.

Might I suggest you trot down to your local bookstore and purchase a copy of the 9/11 Commission's Report and read the FACTS for yourself? Then do a google or yahoo search for the pentagon during the attack, and watch the security camera video of a jetliner hitting the building...then do the same thing for the World Trade Center and see for yourself.
And the World Trade Center was constructed in the 1970's, not the 1960's.

I don't know, however, conspiracy theories have been with us for thousands of years. It is the way we are psychologically constructed. We always question everything. The truth about 9/11 is quite simple but who wants to hear a simple answer? Intrigue and spinning is the way we like to go. Kennedy's death is still unresolved to many. Lincoln's assassination is still being discussed as unresolved. Was it really Hitler that they uncovered in Germany? The Loch Ness monster. Real? Big foot. Real? UFOs and On and on. This is recreation and fun for many and they pursue conspiracies relentlessly.

Just watch the actual videos from that day. Planes hit the buildings. The buildings collapsed. There was no implosion. The buidlings collapsed from top to bottom-pancaking in on themselves. Implosions dont work that way at all. When they implode a skyscraper - blow it up they do it from the bottom upwards. The bottom 3rd is blown first allowing the rest to collapse down on itself. That is not how the WTC came down at all.
Anyone claiming it was a implosion done with explosives doesnt know the first thing about construction.

I can tell you why I think they are all BS.
The morning of 9/11 I was watching the morning show (or whatever it's called) on NBC. Katie Couric and Matt Lauer were talking about crap that doesn't matter, when all of a sudden you see a huge airliner crash into one of the towers. You start to see a little smoke come from the building, then Matt and Katie both turn around and lightly comment on smoke coming from the east tower. Right about when they were trying to enquire about the smoke coming and they review their own tape of the plane hitting the tower, just at that moment the other plane hit the tower. and from that moment on its history.

There are proly a couple that say the conspiracy theories are false, but with no hard facts. If you look at the best of the conspiracy videos, they are pretty legit and use alot of well known sources to prove themselves

Not that I know of. However, I have watched all of them that suggest that it was an inside job. I remember watching TV when it happened. My first thought was..."I bet this was an insurance fraud job. Those two towers were built in the 60's and they are filled with asbestos." I also later noticed that the owners last names are Oppenheimer and Feinstien.
