I ran over a curb too fast and both my front and rear passenger tires and rims got a slash on them. I know i have to replace the rims but for now how do i glue back the pieces of rubber hanging out of my tires??

You cannot. Rubber is "vulcanized" when the tires are made. Lots of heat and pressure are applied when the chemical mix forms. Buy some new tires. Yours may be weak enough to blow out at the damaged sites.

you cannot that sounds so stupid,,you probably need to have the tires replaced so they don't blow the sidewall out of them.
