If we don't step up to the voting booths, these "select groups" of over zealous, self-obsorbed individuals will continue to push their opinions to the ballet - and win. Should things as these have anything to do with laws?? What's next?

I don't want to breathe your smoke or be made to suffer the health problems, but for the love of God, don't spare the rod.

Oh add one more to it: Free Speech! Rep Sheila Jackson-Lee is proposing HR Bill 254 this week and is being backed by the Anti-Defamation League. It is a Billed cloned after those in Canada and the European Union that will prohibit and penalize any religious free Speech that is not politically Correct! It's a violation of the United States Constitution and The bill of Rights! If they come to church and don't like your sermon, you will be penalized and maybe slammed in Jail! One minister in the Netherlands is already in Jail..don't let it happen here! Go away EC! Repressive Communists.

Call email and fax your representatives; 1-877-851-6437 or 1-866-340-9281

This is a prime example of why I swore to never vote for a liberal again and why I moved out of California. Welcome to the United Socialist State of California where everything that isn't illegal is mandatory and your tax burden is going to increase until you can't afford to eat or live.

It is up to the voters to put a stop to the government interfering with private affairs. We need to do so before the government controls every aspect of our lives. California is on the bleeding edge of the move to control us but most other states are doing it more and more as well. What's it going to take to get the idea through to people that they need to wrest control back from the government?

I have an idea. Let's just all drop our kids off at the houses of these idiots, and tell them that since they have cornered the market on parenting, they should raise the kid's. There are too many busybodies in this country trying to dictate how the rest of us should live. Sometimes I feel like our freedom is in more danger from these types than from the garbage that Bush tries to do.

Enter the nanny state. Sometimes kids deserve a spanking if they are acting like devils.

I don't know, but how are you going to punish the smokers, if you can't spank them?
