i have video's on wmp, and want to burn them, but when i try, it tells me, that the file is not supported, what does this mean, and how do i correct it.

somewhere along the lines a mistake was made, maybe by you or something is wrong with your burning software that ended in the video being encode bad

It means you don't have the supported software to run that file.

it's the wrong file type
just use nero or divx
