I keep blowing out the tail lights fuse, what could it be? I'm assuming its electrical problems.

No easy answer on this one, will require some work to fix. Does it happen every time the lights are turned on? Any work done recently? Any crap bouncing around in the trunk? Lots of possibilities. just have to follow the wire.....easier to start from the bulb end.

Hambone is correct.Look for a bare wire some where before the tail light bulb.Take each tail light assembly lose and look for bare wires that could be touching metal to ground and put electical tape around it.I hope it will be this easy for you.Good luck.
