Gmail starts you off with 2 gig and keeps growing. i am up to 2.8 gig storage capacity on my Gmail account.

You have to pay for upgrades.
Yahoo Mail offers a larger email inbox for a fee. There is an option to upgrade on the mail frontpage.
Hotmail offers an upgrade to a larger box as well.

Two options:
Opt for Msn Windows Mail Live ( The new Hotmail) to be given 2GB of mail space for free
Or pay for Yahoo Extra account...
