A computer or a computer and a synthesizer - that's it. Everything is programmed in, no skills, no rehersals, nothing like that just someone who can program a machine.

A computer and a drum machine, maybe a keyboard. Depends if you are playing live or just recording

You can do it all via software synths. Other than that, a midi enabled keyboard and a drum machine if you'd rather have something more physical.

look into the band ELP. Synth, Drumset, Guitar/bass or both. And of course moog syths.
