She's 36 (next week) & has high blood pressure.
We want to (eventually) have 2-3 kids.

About 6 months ago, our first baby was born 6-8 weeks early & died within 30 minutes after being born. ;-(

I am sorry to hear of your loss ,Time heals and eventually I am sure things will go well for you.I think the first thing your fiance should do is have a health check with the doctor,he can gauge her progress ,make sure she has regular visits.Next include a high protein diet, milk etc,try beetroot it has a lot of iron content ,fresh fruit, vegetables, pasta, lean meat, wholemeal bread, half fat cheese. No stress.Stress will raise blood pressure, low fat in the diet will help control the weight add-on.Gentle exercise is advisable ,no lifting,a rest every afternoon can help.Help her to stay happy and positive ,if her health is at its peak this is good because she will be an older mother and that can be exhausting. She has just completed a 7 year cycle so spiritually she will have a new beginning.it is a time of change so look to the future ,you will always remember your little one,in your heart.

This is a tough question. I am a fertiltiy patient so I know how it feels to really want a baby and have trouble having one. High blood pressure is very dangerous and it gets higher with pregnancy. Your fiance could possibly have a stroke during pregnancy. I think that you should weigh your options if it is really worth taking this risk. Maybe you should just stick with a goal of one child at this point. Another option for you is hiring a surrogate to carry your biological child for you. Good luck and I wish you the best I know how it feels but Thank goodness I ended up with two healthy babies.

I'm assuming her first pregnancy was high risk because of her high blood pressure? I don't believe her age is much of an issue but her blood pressure will make pregnancies dangerous. As long as she's under the care of a good OB/GYN I would think she could have a baby.

I'm sorry for your loss.

Sorry for your loss . Your fiancee can get pregnant but you should consider the guidance of her Dr. prior conception to make sure every thing starts out on the right track and have her monitored very close. Good luck

definatly, Dont give up, Two of my best friends' moms just had baby's one is 43 and the other is 44 and they both gave birth to very normal heathy babys. JUST DONT GIVE UP!!! Be very careful though after the pregnancy begins. Breast feeding is one of the best things for older moms to do as well because of the wonderful nurtion the baby recieves, Dont get me wrong, Consult your doctor and keep normal vistits as well but as for the Question YES she can still have babys:)

Yes. I would have her follow a healthy diet and get moderate exercise and see your doctor regularly. You should be able to try again. Good luck.
