Good question, but I don't think it's gender related. I think it's the ability to use time wisely and I think it also might vary day by day depending on mood, health, focus, interest, and other factors.

My husband works full time; I work part-time from home. He still has more free time than I do! I have to be on or near the computer all day long to be available for the job if they need me.
