Cahnge it at the bank where is the cheque from, maybe tou wold need to have an ID.

usually banks will open an account for you for free. You dont even have to have money to put in it .

Call your local grocery store (Krogers, Schnucks,...) or other retail establishment (Wal-Mart) and ask if they have check cashing services. they may charge you a fee for the service, but no bank accout is needed.
