Why do you ask?
First of all... how are we to know the actions of all human males in the history of humanity? History is only spottily recorded, and in case you haven't been paying attention to the news these days, the people who write and record history are very often biased. So accuracy in historical sources is an issue.
But going beyond that ... why males? Why whip up the guy-hating with a question like this? Does it make you feel better as a person? Does it make you feel like a feminist?
It makes me sad to see questions like this - if women want equality with men then they should treat them as equals even as they demand the same. Chivalry can, in fact, work both ways.
Questions like this breed resentment in guys who read them, and encourage women to mindlessly insult those around them. And don't get us anywhere.
This is my point of view as a woman, a feminist, and someone who strives for equality between the sexes.

I would say the best things we have done were the Aqueducts, Stonehenge, the invention of weaving and pottery as well as art and music. I think the worst things that humans in general and men in particular would have to be war and government.

Best: Working to support their families financially.
Worst: Not giving women equal opportunity to dirty their hands with killing.

On the one hand, that would have meant women engaging in war and combat just like men, but because of it I think men would generally have developed more respect for women as fellow hunters and warriors.

Also, I get the impression that historically, people often gained political power on the basis of their military exploits (think Julius Caesar). Had women been allowed to be soldiers and generals, there might be more comfort with the idea of women as leaders in society and government.

Human males have invented weaponry that can destroy the earth.
They also came up with cures to many major diseases.
Since you emphasize males, remember Hitler, Saddam, Napolean, Stalin, etc. all came from their mothers.

The best is outlawing slavery. The worse thing males have done is let women drive.

I would say, just existing is bad enough for most of them.

I am reminded of Hitler, but I think there were worst things done (as crazy as it seems)

I think slavery is worst than death. Physical and mental torture. That's real bad, and is still going on in the world! Bad, real bad. Scary.
