3. there ages I do believe are somewhere between the ages of 16 and 21
4. They were told that there dad was dead when they were younger ( Not True)

I would go to the source. His ex wife, family or neighbors. There has to someone who see things like you. They are old enough to know who their father is. It is really tough to get information in Mass. If you know anyone in law enforcement, they could run their names for priors. Hopefully you they won't have anything but a speeding ticket.

try social security office first. Most of us have legitimate jobs. they would require this. Good Luck
