What are the chances that I am pregnant?

I had intercourse Thurs. 1/18 in the AM. I got a positive OPK that afternoon. The next day I felt ovulation pains (dull ache on my lower abdomen.. more so on the right side) What are the chances that I am pregnant and when can I test?
Oh yeah.. I'm 20 yo and it's my 2nd month off of birth control so my cycles are a little irregular.

its very possible my sister got pregnant after stopping the bill the same month.she was on it for nine years.

your chances are high if you are ttc you will have the tww good luck
