What famous celebrities have YOU met?

What are they like??? Where did you meet them??? Are you good friends???

I went to the premier of Gone in Sixty Seconds. I met Angelina Jolie. Not good friends, but we talked for about 5 mins. She signed a couple things for me and then they rushed her off after they saw her with me for too long. Had interviews to go to. It was cool, she's so pretty.

I had the pleasure of chatting with Majel Barret , the late Gene Rodenberry's wife who was the creator of Star Trek.
She's a very classy lady. Met her at a Science Fiction Convention I went to once.

Another person I got to meet was Forest J Ackerman who was the creator of the magazine "Famous Monsters Of Filmland" Again, same Science Fiction convention. He was chatting with someone in the Art Show room. A very sweet man. I had art displayed there at the time.

He had brought one of the orgional Appolo spacesuit helmets from the mission to display. Aparently he collected things of that nature. Mr. Ackerman asked me if I wanted to try it on. Well, of course who's gonna say "no" to that. It's one of those semi dream come true moments. Let me tell ya, I only had the helmet on, but that thing is air proof without the suit and heavy just by itself. That was one amazing experience that I'll remember all my life. And he was so sweet...later on he gave me a keychain that said "Remember Me With Every Key. For E For E For E" I'll treasure that too.

Met Roger Staubach at the Dallas airport bar. Got his autograph. Great guy. Met Phil Helmuth in the lobby at a resort in Cozumel. Met Tobie Kieth at the Horseshoe casino in Tunica, along with Jack Binion. Got a free meal for two at Binion's Steak House that night.

I served Clint Eastwood and his family dinner at a restaurant in San Rafael, Ca.I use to work at.And took a picture w/ him too! Also Robin Williams, Andy Garcia, Nick Nolte, Sean Penn , Lars from Metallica (Gave him a ride to the liquer store to buy a bottle of Grey Goose and he bought me a pack of cigs.Bonnie Raitt came in for some soup, Carlos Santana,Tom Waits had dinner w/ family, and Huey Lewis and a few more etc......

I met Phil Donahue - his eyes are incredibly beautiful. No, we are not friends. I also was lucky enough to meet the great Chicago Bear player Walter Payton, who remains the classiest person ever to grace a football field. At a Trek convention, I met Troi and Worf. She told dirty jokes in a room full of kids, he was extremely nice and classy.

Hmmmm easier to think of those I haven't met... (I work in tv and film in the uk) The older they are the better they tend to be and the more professional, the horrible ones are up and coming bands (What ever happened to Limp Bizkit?) and more likely their ontourage desperately justifying their stupid salaries and job titles. As the old saying goes 'be nice to those you meet on the way up as you will see them again on your way down.' Quite a few have been past several times now..... a lesson for all of us I think.

I met everlife at the van andel arena in Michigan! I was in the employee entrance w/ a friend (on my b-day....NO joke....Dec. 11) and well they were walking down the hallway and coming towards us and came up and said hi! Then asked our names and then said they had to get ready for the concert w/ the cheetah girls! So that was the best day of my life! Now I'll never forget it! And no were not friends...we just met and said hi.

I met Cuba Gooding Jr. in the CVS in Dupont Circle, D.C. and I met Busta Rhyme's at a bar I worked in inNew Orleans. They both were very polite, but I never saw either one again.
