well i dont know about online ones.......but i have an idea for what im doing for mine......
Were going to take a picture of her have it copied, then they have that transparent paper that has little pink sparkels in it......(or blue but im having a girl) We are going to print on the transparent paper part and then attatch it at the top with either a pink ribbon tied in a lil bow or you can go to a craft store and get the little decorative pins. Either way they will look cute.
ANother idea is to just have the picture and go to walmart or any print store and put writing on the picture (whatever you want to say, name, birth weight, length, date born, etc ) Right on the pic an do like a post card type deal.
Im sure if you type in baby announcments on yahoo or google it will bring some examples then you can create something from there :)
