A president is limited to two terms. It's in the constitution!
http://www.law.cornell.edu/constitution/constitution.amendmentxxii.html
Amentment 22.
So unless 2/3 of Congress and 3/4 of the state legislatures vote (in the next two years) to repeal that amendment, he's done.
Jeb can run if he wants (he'd probably be a better candidate than most) but I think people realize that he's a Bush, and has pretty much no chance (at least for 15 years or so).

Headlines the day after the 2008 Presidential Election:
"Mike Huckabee Wins Presidency by a Land Slide; Vice President Elect Jeb Bush Misses Victory Celebration to Bail Daughter Out of Jail"
Sub headline: Ex-Bush Administration Officials Point Fingers at Each other to Avoid Prison during Bush Impeachment Hearings"
Now, if term limits were abolished for the Presidency, then President Clinton could run again, and he would get re-elected.

What law? The clouds have been gray today, do you have to make it worse? The American people WOULD NOT AND I SAY WOULD NOT,stand for it either way, I can assure you!
Two Bush's in the House is two too many, the third(Jeb) would not go down very easy. I would move to Australia.

He can try, but I can't IMAGINE he'd be able to pull it off. He's got some fans, but he's also turned former fans against him. There are very few people who would sit by, and idly accept him as president again, even if he passed a 'law'.
Jeb...who knows? It's possible I suppose.

What a scary, horrible thought??!! I don't think Jeb will get in because of the poor performance of George W. It would take a constitutional revision to lengthen the presidential term so I feel safe that W. is out on his butt in 2 years. Be sure to watch him on Tuesday. They say he is going to lie about everything!

first off if he does try to pass that..it's not gonna get by into law...i hope to god the american people are stupid enough to elect another bush into the white house...if for some reason that bill you're talking about is real and does pass, and in the event he does get re elected...i will be moving...most likely to canada..

That's where the right to bear arms would come into play. The military hates Bush they would surely fight on our side and the evil Republicans would be destroyed and the world would be at peace. Please attempt that as soon as possible so we can get started.
