A snail mail letter? Or an eletter? Either way, it is more likely to be a scam than something real.

Just remember, you can't win anything you didn't enter.

Well of course this is a scam. You will click on the pop-up, they will say congradulations , you won!!!!!! then they ask you for your credit card number so they can get money off of it. It is a total scam!!!!!!LOL
