I use a natural product called "Morning Sickness Formula" here in New Zealand with contains Ginger root powder and Vitamin B6 together". They are two things known to help and it has definitely helped me considerably. I found an equivalanent type product available in the US called "Morning Sickness Magic", definitely worth you trying as I know how really debilitating it can be!

You can find it at:

Congratulations too BTW!

omg i posted this same ?? the other day! im seven wks and have the worst Morning (noon and night) sickness EVER. i have tried everything and what worked for me is i downgraded from my full blown prenatals to flintstone vitamins. apparently my tummy was workin double time to digest all those minerals and making me more sick. i dont know if ur on vitamins yet but u can try that.
also
dont get out of bed in the am without eating some crackers and chillin for abou 20 min
dont eat greasy stuff
try to eat rm temp, or cold stuff
stay satisfied on crackers and small sips of water throughout the day!
best of luck mami!

Keep as hydrated as possible, and have saltines handy. In fact, you should eat one or two crackers before rising in the morning (so keep a few on your nightstand). Let them sit in your tummy for a bit, then get up.

I've heard ginger, ginger tea, or ginger snaps can help as well. I made ginger tea by buying a root, peeling it and slicing it thinly, then taking a handful of the slices and boiling them for 10 minutes or so, then letting them steep. Take any leftover slices and freeze them - they can use them later.

Ginger snaps worked for me. Ginger tea helped, but not as much.

Good luck to you!

ginger ale, heaps of water, sucking on ice is what i was told to do. Not sure if any of them work as i didnt end up gettin any morning sickness. Stay away from pastry...apparently it can bring it on more.

Find a pepto bismol safe if you are pregranant. Maybe tums. Read the label.

Eat your comfort foods! Nothing carbonated. Maybe licorice, black or go for the pickles.

None of the food remedies worked for me. I am pregnant with my second now. This time, someone had told me to ask him for some medicine. He gave me a prescription for phenogrin. It worked!!!! Hope this helps.... Congratulations!!!!!
