If I'm under s Record Label and I put different Genres on the CDS to sell .. Is that against the law??

yes because you're stealing music, and gaining profit they should be getting, not you. you won't go to jail if you stop now, but if you make this a habit, you could end up in jail for a pretty dumb reason. could you imagine someone asking you, "so why are you here?"and answering,"i sold music CD's"?how hilarious!
