electromagnetic and mechanical waves?

okay i have an assigment where i have to list 8 items from home that have electromagnetic or mechanial waves and i already have tv,microwave,and ipod if you know of another one please tell me and if you can have a link so i can justify it and remember something from home so no x-rays and stuff like that. thank you

by the way is a lamp a EM wave or mechanical wave?

Examples of EM waves:
1) light from lamps---visible light EM
2) radio and tv reception, either by air or cable---radio spectrum EM
3) radiative heat from radiators--infrared spectrum EM
4) microwave radiation---microwave spectrum EM

Examples of mechanical waves
0) NOT heat conduction, since while heat conduction is "mechanical", it's not a wave phenomenon
1) sound from speakers---sound waves in air
2) electric motor vibration---waves in solid
3) musical instruments---waves in solid
4) water in toilets---waves in liquid
