Why do I need an AGENT in the Music Busines???

I know what a producer for, and I know why I need a lawyor, but what the hell I need an Agent for.

Agents promote your work, and find you companies to endorse you, gigs to play, sponsors, etc. They basically get you jobs, and find ways for other people to pay for it for you.

The agent represents you to the record companies. They are licensed and have contacts in the industry.

so they can help you manage your career so you won't go bankrupt or other things that may go wrong.
