My best friends name is Burton and his parents gave him the middle name of Charles. He say he likes it because it gives his name a nice sound. Congratulations and Good Luck with your baby!

As much as I don't like trendy names, I'd probably give him a trendy middle name. That way, if he doesn't like his first name, he can have a name that alot of his classmates do with his middle name.

Burton Hayden
Burton Tyler
Burton Ryder
Burton Cody
Burton Aiden

I don't care for the name Burton. It reminds me of the singer Burton Cummings. I saw him in a bar in Ottawa once (well on the patio) and he totally ignored me!!! Jerk! Well, I was kind of drunk and obnoxious, but he could have atleast said "hi"!!! Okay, rant over.

Now how about considering instead:

Barrett
Bart
Benjamin
Blair
Blaine

Brayden
Braxton
Breckin

Brennan
Bryan

Burton Charles was my grandfather's name. :)

Scott, Alexander, Wade, Oliver, and Eli would make good middle names.

Good luck!

Use Burton as a middle name and give the kid either "Ward" or "Jeff" for a first name. (I like Ward best!)

you know he's going to end up going by "burt" right? why not make burton the middle name to avoid having a grouchy old man moniker...
