practice
read all your lines till you have them memorized
then memorize your lines to the point you can recite them off the top of your head
it's frustrating, but in the end, the only way to guarentee a perfect performance
learn all your songs while matching pitch tot he best of your abilities
and practice all your choreography until the movement feels natural
as for outside of practicing, i only have a couple pointers
know your character.
1)if you do not have a direct link into your character, write a biography from the character's point of view.
2)before each performance, find a quiet place to center yourself and sort out all your daily life emotions and make room for your character.

sing your heart out! if you sing your songs everyday, you'll memorize the words really fast. as for the acting, just practice everyday in front of a mirror. people might think it looks weird, but id does work. CONGRATS AND GOOD LUCK!

Practice your speaking part and your songs until you know them cold and can pick them up from any spot.
The better you know them, the less likely you are to forget on opening night :)

practice your lines a lot, try to use actions, but not overdo the actions, practice lots of tongue twisters so you don't get tongue tied and (this is most important) make sure you can improvise, if one of the actors messes up, you need to be able to step in.
