hubby had accident at work in works van and was in serious accident in van with the high winds so its classed as act of god!!! we have had some legal advice and they say its a no go area ! surely for a broken leg ,whiplash,cuts and briuses all over his body someone somewhere must no what we can do to compensate his injuries .As this has never happened before to us we need some advice .

Workman's comp should pay for all your medical bills. it doesn't matter how you got hurt at work. as long as he was on the clock he should be covered. plus if hes laid up from the injuries then he should be getting 60 percent of what he normally gets paid gross.

You won't get a big settlement, but there's Workmans Compensation to help with the doctors bills. Also, I'd call Social Security and Welfare to see if you qualify for money thru them. I know its not a process the average person likes, but those are the extremes you have to go thru.

Back in the 1800's - When you had a horse or sick goat with a Bum leg or a limp or stagger..They pulled out the shotgun or colt 45 revolver with the blue burnish finnish and shot em..Moral booster for the rest of kin folk..
