I am looking for a new cell phone company and have heard of this one and you have unlimited minutes and text messages for $45 a month. Wondering if its a scam or not...

No it's not a scam, u can make unlimited calls local and LD and u do have unlimited txt for like $3 extra. I had a phone like that and I gave it to my wife since she gets/makes like a hundred calls per day :). The only disadvantage is you are restricted to a geographic calling area eg. u can only use the phone while in ur state or county. Other than that, it's a great deal if you need 2 make a lot of calls around town and don't travel a lot. And u never have to watch minutes!!
