-- TO THOSE WHO HAVE TAKEN IT --
So what do you think of The SAT test? What was the hardest part, any strategies, and how many tries did it take? Anything else of use to a prospective SAT taker? And how did you prepare for it?

I would say my strong point is math.

what's hard depends on what you're good at.
none of the questions individually are that hard. given an unlimited amount of time, you could probably get them all right. the hard part is taking the test for four hours; it's a stamina thing.
i recommend buying "the official SAT study guide" from the college board. the book is published by the makers of the test itself, unlike princton review or barron's. take some practice tests, and see how you do. that's what i did, and it turned out quite well for me.
good luck.

edit: i only took it once, although most of my friends took it twice. after the second time you should really think hard about whether another shot will improve your score.
