Dire Straits - Walk of life
There is one song that some of you probably haven't heard of but I guarantee it will make you laugh.
It is called The Laughing Policeman by Charles Penrose.
Its really old but my grandparents used to play it to us kids if we were in a strop. We always laughed, there was no way keeping a straight face.
You can listen to it here on yourtube. Some guy is mimicking it though. Couldn't find it anywhere else.
please listen to it..it will make you laugh! Promise! lol

Phew, very subjective, one man's meat as they say..
There are two types, the jolly ones to chivvy you out of your gloom and the more angry or reflective ones to give you a kick up the bum out of being a misery.
Some that cheer me up include:
Happy ones:
I don't feel like dancing- Scissor Sisters
Friday I'm in love- The Cure
Grace Kelly- Mika
Alright- Supergrass
Beautiful Stranger- Madonna
You get what you give- New Radicals
Bohemian like you- Dandy Warhols
Little Fluffy Clouds- The Orb
She bangs the drums- The Stone Roses
Sometimes little works better than the Smiths (The Queen is Dead especially) or a whole load of shouty angsty indie stuff to get the grrr out of the system. Killing in the name of by Rage against the Machine works for this, but few would call it the most cheerful song ever!

'Don't Worry Be Happy' is a definite.
Also, many of the songs from the 60s girl groups, including 'Locomotion', 'Chapel of Love', 'Shout' and 'Shoop Shoop Song'. They are oh so cheerful!

For me the songs Break It Off by Rihanah and Sean Paul, and Shortie Like Mine by Chris Brown and someone else. They are so good! It works good for me because they relax me and I realy like them so they just make me want to sing along and be happy! You should realy think about them it could work! If your not into the radio stations Hotmix 101.9 or Power 105.7 then you should listen to Don't Worry Be Happy or something like that. You should really take my advice. It could work!

CEV
