first you put concealer on ur eyelid, then put powder on top of it. It's fabulous!

You can try L'oreal HIP Pigments (loose powder), which can be found at Wal-mart. They are comparable to MAC pigments. Otherwise, there are LOTS of other brands. NYX loose powder eyeshadow, which is pretty inexpensive. I love La Femme Sparkle Dust. Super shimmery and NO GLITTER (which I prefer).

It depends....if you have rougher skin, like me, I find it easier to use liquid eyeshadow, but if you have pretty smooth skin, like my friend, she finds it equally easy to use powder. Mary Kay and Revlon are good brands.

I like the revlon colorstay liquid to powder...two ended wand,,, (two complimentary colors)
got mine at dollar store tho so I guess its discontinued.but im 32 and never found a better eyeshadow, it never came off or creased

Depends. I use powder because it stays put. Liquid does NOT stay on much on me since I have oily skin.
