I just received this new watch in the mail today, and I'm having a HORRIBLE time with it. First, it doesn't even appear to work... I've tried setting it, and the hands will NOT move. Also, I can't even figure out how to get the clasp open!! I'm seriously starting to think that the company I bought it from put it back together wrong when they resized it for me... That, or I could be overlooking something... But I have no clue how to get it on!! I am completely frustrated. Please help!!!

You said that you got it resized--does that mean that you had it working fine, sent it in for resizing and they messed it up? Assuming that you sent it to the manufacturer, they should be willing to fix it for free. However, if you bought it elsewhere, or didn't get the insurance, you may be out of luck. I always buy my watches directly from the store or from an authorized dealer (Ben Bridge, Bailey Banks and Biddle, Tourneau, etc.) so that I can ensure proper service.
