Actually in most states and in Canada the second marriage is not recognized as legal. That includes marriage in Las Vegas. He must get a clear divorce from the first wife and then he is free to marry under state and federal laws. He does not need the consent of the first wife to divorce (or she his). Pick your state in the link Ive included below and find the particular state law re: divorce it will tell you what you need to know.

Second marriage is not legal, thus no legal action to get it anulled. What a skank! It is illegal, so if you are one of the wives turn his polygamist booty into the police. He probably won't serve any major time, but it will be an embarrassment and might give you some satisfaction!

The second marriage is null and void. In canada you just go to the justice of the peace. By the way I would be doing a little more research before the next marriage!!

The second marriage is void. He is a bigamist. He should be fined and serve some jail time. If you have filed as married on your taxes while you thought you were married you need to refile those/that year/s as single. (C.Y.A.)

If he was still married when he got married to his second wife there's no need for annulment - the marriage is null and void.

The second marriage is not legal and he is breaking the law and subject to prosecution. If I were you I would consult a lawyer to protect myself.
