Angelina Jolie, by a mile. She has a nice, healthy, and curvy body. She is a nice hourglass shape, vixen attitude, and has stunning and exotic facial features. Even when Angelina was pregnant, she looked great. Jennifer Aniston, is pretty and has a great athletic body but in the girl next door sort of way.

Most definently Angelina Jolie. Personally, I see Jennifer Aniston as more of an.. "American Sweetheart," maybe a "cutie." But as for sexiness, Angelina Jolie's got the curves and bad-*** sort of attitude that, to me, makes her more of the hottie. =]

Jolie may have skinny thighs and arms...
Mrs. Ex-Pitt got the whole package and some.
I like seeing Mrs. Ex-Pitt in a bikini- she looks quite eatable, toned, and flawless. As for everybody underdog (Jolie) I think by now gravity took its toll on her in one particular place. She probably needs a sofa cushion to sit on for those long excruciating meetings with the UN too.
I like them both!!!
